Colleen is a River Falls native who joined the Jen Rivard State Farm Agency in April 2021 and is enjoying a new career after a 25 year career in the dental field as a dental hygienist.
When not at work Colleen can be found cheering on her son Reece at his sporting events, visiting her daughter Riley at college, or at her family cabin in Spooner, Wi. Daily walks with her Golden-doodle Charlie, visits to the local thrift stores and rooting for the Badgers with her other half Mike.
Colleen is on several non-profits including the Sunshine Fund, The Power of 100 Women in River Falls, and the founder and leader of a widows group in the area for those who has lost a spouse.
Colleen is licensed in Property, Casualty, Health and Life Insurance and is looking forward to working with you and your family.

Steph joined the State Farm family in August of 2021. She brings with 25 years of customer service to our great team. She spent the last 15 years in the medical field in different operational roles in both internal and family medicine clinics.
Steph grew up in the dairy industry and developed her social networking skills through showing dairy cattle at different shows around Wisconsin and Minnesota. That is what led her to River Falls to complete her teaching degree in Agriculture. She resides here in town with her husband, three active sons and a house full of rescue animals.
Baking for friends and family is a hobby of Steph's. She also likes giving back to the community through local events and volunteering. You will find her coaching baseball through the Park & Rec league, running concessions at the River Falls Hockey Arena or cheering on the sidelines for local teams.
Steph is here to help customers with their insurance questions and help them understand their policies. The team at Jennifer Rivard State Farm is customer centered and works hard to make sure everyone feels like they are heard and feels like family.
